hey, i downloaded an apk file, but how to i install it on my phone now?

Download ASTRO file manager from the market open scroll down till you see the .apk file click on it and install.

Are you downloading it from the pc?
If so Plug the phone into the pc mount open the phones file and drop it in.Then unmount phone go into astro scroll down and you should see it then click on it and hit install.
