Help with app download pleeaseeee.

Alright, so I went a little crazy deleting apps after I figured out how to delete the pre installed apps on my phone. Accidentally deleted some files, and now I can't use my home button, and i can't download a single thing, no matter what it is.

I want to flash a stock rom on it, but of course, signature verification failed, yada yada yada. I know Clockwork Mod can fix it, but you see, I can't download it! Is there any way to plug it into the computer and put it on my phone that way, withpout having to intall the .apk, or anything else on my actual phone?

I'm not sure if you can without having to install an .apk.

Do you happen to have Mobile Odin, Rom Manager, or ROM Toolbox Pro installed on your phone already?


Edit: You can try installing an app via this method: http://www.wondershare.com/mobile-phone/android-app-installer.html

and then proceed to follow the instructions on this website to install clockworkmod.

No, I don't have any of those installed. =/ I really wish I did though. Lol.
