Help with app to close MagicJack when screen is timed out

I like to use MagicJack so I dont use my minutes and it has been great when I was on my Droid2G it had a task Manager that allowed me to select an app or apps that it would close automatically when the screen times out. I had it set to close MagicJack 10 minutes after the screen times out.

I tried backing that app up with Titanium Backup and then I restored it on my new phone (Epic4g sph-d700 and Xperia Play) and it would not load.

I dont want to have it close any other apps other than MagicJack. Is there an app that can do this for me and I can setup fairly easily?

If not how could I make the Droid2G task manager work on 4.2.2 and 2.3.4 with my other phones?

I got it all taken care of. What I did was take the PerformanceManager.apk from my nandroid backup from the droid2g and placed it in the apps folder on my Epic4g and changed permissions. working great. Thank you.
