Help Help with Bluetooth volume

[Android Question]

I have a moto G 3rd gen, with Android 6.0 my Bluetooth devices are all very low in sound. It's extremely hard to hear. I Have tried several sound booster apps. They do nothing. Most just give me another way to move my volume rocker. Being able to hear is crucial to a phone. I'm at a loss on what to do next. Please help. devices are... headsets (2), 2015 Chevy vehicle.

I don't know if it will help you, but MacroDroid has a way to increase just the Bluetooth volume separately from all others.

Actually, they present you with a full list of items to change the volume on.

I use it to preset the Bluetooth volume to my headset each time the screen wakes up.

You select an appropriate trigger:
( I used Screen Unlocked )

then you select ACTION: Volume Change

the rest is up to you.
