Help help with bluetooth

i have an S5 and it will connect automatically to my 2012 Inifiniti...but only for phone. When i click the my car box...phone is checked but media audio is not checked. when i check it, it unchecks after 2 seconds. Plus it cannot access my phonebook.

Neither infiniti nor verizon tech support knew what to do. any ideas? thanks
