Root Help with brick "exec /system/bin/sh failed"

FIXED:Hey, I tryed getting my phone to stock and it bricked my phone. I can use odin, but not adb, i get exec "/system/bin/sh failed"

I cant flash with cwm either, it cant mount external sd card
any help is much appreciated!

Update: After reflashing stock recovery and kernel, then reflashing cwm test 6, i was able to flash stock rom plus. Must have been a fluke, but good luck to everyone else, merry Christmas!
