Help help with calls

hi all
when i make a call or receive a call i can hear the person that i am calling but they can't hear me tried updating phone ect. so don't know if it anything that i have done to make it do this. the reason that i am saying that is i tried to free up some memory for the phone so don't know if i have stopped anything on the phone like anything in running services i also transferred photos ect to my memory card

I really cant see u getting rid of something that would cause ur problem but i really dont know,to find out i guess you could restore to factory settings and then you would know. could be ur mic on phone is broke, can you record ur voice?

i have tried voice recording and i cant hear my voice so maybe the mic is broken
