help with captivate

Hi,
Ijust got a samsung captivate, and I want to set it so that when I have a message or a voicemail it alerts me like every 2 minutes or so. I used to be able to do this on my old phone. An icon on top is not going to do it for me, I need a constant reminder

Try an app like "Missed Call". It gets somewhat mixed reviews on the market but I use it to notify me of missed calls/text messages on my DX and it works great!
