Root Help with CDMA Workshop

Can anyone point me in the right direction on setting up my drivers and whatnot so that CDMA Workshop will connect to my phone? Virgin Volt Windows 7 64 AMD. Thanks

enter msl code
connect to pc
drivers should install auto

Actually I wanted to use CDMA Workshop to try and get my MSL but my phone doesnt show up under (COM and PORTS) in device manager.
