Freeze Time

Hi, my texts used to show up where I could reply to them right away. Now I have to go into the chomp app to reply to texts. I have tried to find a way to get this back in the settings under all the categories but I am not having any luck. Did Chomp take this away? Basically, it used to pop up right away and now it doesn't.
