Help Help with custom email ringtone

I need your help, can someone tell me hot to change email ringtone to custom ringtone? and what type of files are supported? Ive placed mp3 file on sdcard notifications folder but my file is not on the list of email ringtones

i can see the file if i wanted to change the regular notification sound but not on email notification
