Help Help with deleting miscellaneous files

All these misc files are files that individual apps create - primarily as cache, and for other purposes. You can delete these, but the app will likely recreate them when it needs it.

All of the files you have listed add up to about 47mb. For most folks, that is not worth cleaning up every so often - if so, just leave it as it is.
