Help with disabling email

My daughter talked me out of my phone and has put all her info on my (her ) phone, problem is she has to sign in with my email and now can acess my email..how do I disable this without losing her info.....I donot want my teenager reading my mail
Any and all advice is and will be very appreciated..

Is it a google email account or through someone else?
