Ok so I hope you guys know what easy root. Anyways I did it and apps made for root work on the phone but I still can't update to 26 and stuck with 20. So can someone please explain to me why after I rooted my phone I still can't update through pc companion nor update service. Thanks for all the help.

rooting is not suficient - you will probably need to debrand your phone by installing an alternative generic firmware - I cant see the point as the differences between 20 - 24 are minimal and you'll get it officially sooner rather than later - oh and it will void your warranty

I did some searching via Google, the R2BA026's known for Wifi Bug, in another word, it causes the Wifi to be "wacky" per say.
The Wifi drops immediately when the signal bars go down. the R2BA026 causes the Wifi to be unstable.
