help with error code 927

Constantly getting error code 927 when trying to download any app it was working fine last night. I tried doing a factory reset on my Note 3, clearing the cache and data, I deleted my Gmail account and restarted my phone and signeding back in, I tried clearing data for Google Services Framework, none of that helped

Hello and welcome to the forums . sorry about the problems your device is causing. Now let fix it you say you did a factory reset should have done it unless you didn't do the reset correctly. But hey its a better and new way
First- make sure you have the correct time and am/pm is correct .

If the TIME IS CORRECT and still a problem now its time to go to manage apps . scroll to all apps and look for Google play store and Google play services now in the play service reset the data and cache . then do the same for the play store app . Now reboot your device 25 seconds power back on and try the down load but set up your play store to get updates from the settings .

Don't know what I did but it randomly started working again about 4-5 hours later

The app upgraded itself and the play services updated also .
