I am trying to find a manual update for my mytouch 3G 3.5mm Jack for froyo 2.2.1

I am Janda13 Husband i received the Update friday night from T-moble and Now Have the 2.2.1 froyo,we got the phones at the same time , but she did not get the download is there any way to take it off my phone and put it on hers with the Bump app? or can we sync the Phones somehow Thanks
