Help help with google not working properly after flashing phone

can any one tell me what i can do to fix this problem or what i did wrong

Well i accidentally updated to 2.3.6 and wanted my root back .So i did what was in the forums about the odein flashing the cw something and doing recovery off of sd card. Did that and every thing seem normal, Then i noticed that the google talk kicked me out and i could not download any of my apps kept getting an error. Long story short i guess i didnt give my 3g enough time to sync every thing cause every time i did my wifi i had the problem come back so i just let the 3g sync and now i can run my wifi and have no problems getting to my apps or google talk kicking me off. Thanks for the help though.

Go to settings-applications-manage applications and scroll down to market and clear data then scroll down to google services framework and clear data then reboot you're phone and that's it enjoy. Remember it will take about 10 minutes to be able to use the market again.
