Hey guys, I wanted to hide apps like Gmail on the Galaxy S2, so I decided to give Hide It Pro a try. . . well I installed it, and decided to hide Gmail. .It got hidden away, but now I cannot find it anywhere. It is not in the hidden apps list which Hide It Pro gives. .I have tried uninstalling Hide It Pro, and still I can't find my Gmail.

Does ANYBODY know how to make Gmail visible again? I would try uninstalling gmail, and installing it again, but it doesn't even show in the application manager list.

LOL help

Doood, what a drag!

I don't have the answer, but we have more folks over here in the Applications forum and hoping some of them might know, I've moved your post here.

Srsly, best luck!

thanks for the move. .the app did have a warning saying that it might not work on all phones, and that it might make apps disappear all together, and to continue at own risk, lol but when do we ever say no to that.

I know in reality all the app does is change the name of files to .bin or something and changes their place in the folders, therefore making it so the phone can't see it, but I don't know where to look.

Just found resolution.... If anybody else ever runs into this problem here is what you do.... Download Titanium backup pro and go under back up and restore, under this list find the app that you need and simply click to wake it back up aka "defrost".... Hopefully someone finds this helpful if you run into the same problem I ran into.
