help with home app

I just got home and some skins. But when I load home,it changes my homescreen but nothing happens when I click on the skin I bought. What do the skins do and how do I activate? I want to make my Eris mine and the skin is one way. Oh btw its the UT skin.

Anyone? I've watched a few youtube videos and see they click on something with open home loaded, then they get an option page to load skins and what not.. But I can't seem to get it... Frustrating..

u hold down on an open area on the home screen then u will see an option menu ome up. hope that helps. if im wrong i apologize.
