On the whole my Huawei Y3 works ok, but it keeps coming up saying internal storage full.
No matter what i do, i can't fix this. It says there's 98% on internal and 5% on the SD card.
When i go to catergories- images, audio, videos, documents, apps, recent and bookmarks all say 0. In archives it says 2, when i press it, it comes up saying sdcard0.zip 266mb and sdcard1.zip 65.39mb.
When i go to Local it says-
Internal storage, used= 1.80gb, available 25.25mb.
SD card used 823mb, available 13.65gb.
I don't know what any of that means or how i can clear my internal storage, i've deleted everything i possibly can, i have no photos or music on my phone. All that's on there is phone numbers on the sim and the apps that came with the phone. It didn't come with an instruction book so i don't know what i'm meant to do. The phone was fine last night but today the internal storage full warning just won't go away.
