Help Help with LGL22C Boot loop

I got an LGL22C this weekend and I rooted it using the kingroot app. After I was rooted i downloaded supersume it told me i had to reeboot. Now when i turn it on it vibrates and goes to the LG screen and will not do anything else. I didnt put any custom recovery on the phone but the phone wont go in any mode except Factory Data Reset and that doesnt do anything.

I'm having the same problem with the phone visibly restarting after being at the LG logo for some time, and almost immediately after confirming the Factory Data Reset. With the LG drivers installed the phone appears to be detected, between restarts, as an LGE Mobile USB Modem, LGE Android MTP Device, and LGE Mobile USB Serial Port. Despite being detected as an MTP device, the filesystem never becomes visible to Windows.
