Help with link2sd

Hey guys, I could use some help with Link2sd app on my android. It doesn't seem to really work. It shows that most of my apps are on SD card but when I take a look at android storage info it shows that my internal storage is still full and my SD card empty. When I try to move them back to internal and then back to SD card nothing changes except link2sd storage info which actually says that internal storage is almost empty and SD card full but when I reboot it goes back to empty SD card.
EDIT: I haven't partitioned my SD card if that's the problem. I've been just moving apps without it.

I'm using rooted Xperia L
Any help would be appreciated.

You need a partition for link2sd. The partition acts like internal storage. That is perhaps a little over simplistic but it won't work without a partition.

If you decide to partition I recommend using Gparted. There are guides for how to set it up if you search for them.

DO NOT USE MINITOOL PARTITION WIZARD.
