Help with Liquid E Android doesn

Hi i just bought an ACER Liquid E and I have two troubles with it the first one is that a Bluetooth headset disconnect from the phone by itself after 30 minutes of using
And idea how to fix this trouble

And the second and the important trouble that the phone doesn

What carrier and what version of Android?

I’m in the middle east and my carrier is Etisalat and the version is 2.1

Here is what I found:

The Android Market is not supported in the UAE. This is due to the fact that Google has not had the necessary agreements with the Regulatory bodies as yet. This is fully controlled and managed by Google. Sony Ericsson will be offering Slide Me which is an alternative to Android market in the UAE.

Please note that until Android Market is launched in a country, it cannot appear on local devices.
