Root help with Metro Aps

just got my Admire phone and followed your instructions , rooted , I think , have Super Tool Box and downloaded super user and every time I go to delete the safe to delete Metro Apps, I hit delete and go back and they are still there . HELP

Confirm you are rooted with an app such as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup&hl=en
If you are rooted you can uninstall some of the Metro apps with it or a app like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop&hl=en
Moving this to the root side also-just an FYI

I figured it out , I installed titanium backup and all is good
