Help with my galaxy

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if it's possible to check if someone has used my phone, looked at my photos and etc. I see the task manager shows the last few things that have been used, can I look further back than that? Thanks

If you don't have a special app to monitor your phone , I don't think so...
