help with my proscan tablet wifi

i have trouble with my proscan 7" tablet, is not connected to any wifi, say is loading the IP , few seconds after say is saved and few seconds after say is connected, and 5 more seconds again say is loading the IP, and is over and over every few seconds so never is connected, how i can fix this? pls answer me soon

Probably by having the tablet replaced. It sounds like something in there is defective.
