Help with my X10

was hoping someone could help me out a bit here....i got my x10 b0out a month ago and started to have a message come up all the time saying that the android system had failed,and it deleted all my texts and logged me out my fone....so i got the fone replaced and now my new x10 is doing the same thing,is anyone else having this problem or can help me out!!!

i dont think so iv downloaded a few games,and a viras protection app and thats it....its really starting to get on me nerves coz vodafone cant help me and was waiting on the fone to sony for ages!!!
