I don't know if what I want to do is possible and I will try to explain it the best I can.

One of the first things I have tried to get rid of unsuccessfully is when receiving a SMS Text message and annoying pop up appears across the bottom status bar that says "SMS From 555-555-5555. I have unchecked no pop ups, and pretty much every one I can find, but obviously not the right one.
Does anyone know of a good notification app that will do the following.
The app pretty much has to take over control of all notifications.
I would like to be able to control if possible, wether you see a number in the icon showing the number of notifications, control sounds and vibrations for all notifications, assign a front srceen LED notification colour and pattern using the phones LED and not the screen, turn off all pop up notifications.
Some but not all of this can be done now without any apps, but not everything all together.
Your help is appreciated.
