Help Help with Pandigital Novel!!!!!!!

Gave the Novel as a gift, she wanted to see what the Android platform was and she hates it. Now I can't get back the proprietary B&N software that orginally came with the novel. Can anyone help me please!! I am trying to get the novel back to the way it was.

She is sitting on the couch crying and its Christmas Eve!!!

Atleast you got it to the android platform kimster30! I tried and now all I have is a black screen and no fix Hope you get your issure resolved. It's hard since pandigital is out of business now.

Did you try turning it off, then holding the volume up button while turning it on?
