Help help with pandigital tablet

I bought 3 of them for the grands for christmas [ pandigital novel 7] 2 work ok and one is a total mess. the message android.process.acore has stopped working......... can anyone tell me what to do to get rid of it. i have done everything i can think of. I mean right now the thing is useless and Pandigital has gone in to bankrupcey so they wont even talk to you.

I had this same problem very long ago on one of my tablets. I found some answers in the forums (can't remember which ones). All I can suggest is doing searches for some of the key words in various forums - hope this helps.
