Help with photo ap

Have a Samsung Fascinate and really pleased with photo quality outdoors, not so excited about indoor low light pictures however. They are coming out blurry and grainy, even in not so low light conditions. Is there a photo ap that will help the camera focus better in low light conditions, or is this more of a hardware issue?

I have Vignette. The app suggests to set the camera to a lower resolution.
Try this on your phone first and maybe you don't need the app

Its a limitation of the light sensor, ie the camera. This isnt a $2000 dslr camera, its a tiny camera phone sensor. This restricts the amount of light that can enter the sensor, making it harder to focus. To compensate for this, the camera gains up the iris digitally, causing gainy pictures. theres really nothing you can do about it, except try to use as much might as you can.
