Help with Photos

I just recently purchased my Evo Shift after having a BlackBerry for years. My BB held hundreds of pics, but my Shift only holds about 10 before I get the message that the "SD Card is Full".
Why is this happening or am I doing something wrong?
Also, am I able to move pics from folder to another??

Are you sure the pictures from the camera are going to the sd card and not internal memory? Are you sure there actually is an sd card in the device?

If so, and you still get the error, take it back to sprint, they should replace the card under warranty.
