Generally, all photos will be saved in one folder (usually called DCIM or Camera or 100MEDIA). It would be possible to create an album of a specific set of photos... you'd need to connect your phone (as USB Mass Storage) to your computer and then look at creating sub-folders for each album.
I see you have said on your HTC... which device do you actually own?
Hello.. welcome to Android Forum. If I understand you correctly, there are a few ways of doing this. 1) You could create an account..and upload your pic(s) to Photobucket. It's an Image hosting, free photo sharing of pics & videos. They also have the option of making your videos and pics PRIVATE. 2) You could make your phone private by creating a password privacy. This can be done by going into the privacy settings of the phone.
There's always dropbox - which infact stores the pics on your phone in various albums... it's free for a 2gb account - follow this link and both you and I would get an extra 250mb each: http://db.tt/g9awoEX
EDIT - the more people you invite the more space you get (up to 8gb I think)
