I had serious lag issues aftee this last update and ended up factory resetting my phone roughly 3 weeks ago. All my backuped stuff reloaded no problem but now it's pop up central. Anytime I'm on chrome I can't get very far bc of either fake virus, clean your phone now pop ups and I can't get off the page unless I close out completely, OR it is one of those Facebook spin the wheel pop ups. I always have Facebook disabled on my phone. If I get on its via chrome. I installed Norton on my phone but it scared the crap out of me because it got stuck in a restart loop so as soon as I managed to break the cycle I uninstalled it. Also, my battery is dying when it reads 30%. Probably not related but I was thinking I need to get a new battery even though I've only had this phone for maybe 6 months. It's a note 4 from tmobile....I hate it but hey, it's what I'm working with. TIA!
