I have a minor issue. I have had a T989 since early 2012. It has been a great, durable and highly customizable phone. She has served me well. About a month ago I bought a Moto X 2nd generation, so I gave my T989 to my son, I worked for about 3 week and then it would not turn on what-so-ever unless you plug it into a charger. The ribbon cable is on mint condition the board checks out, battery is good and holding a charge. Is this a known issue and if so how can I fix it?

Never had this issue, battery might not be sitting on the pins correctly, or the pins are dity.

Never had this issue, battery might not be sitting on the pins correctly, or the pins are dity.

After finally getting some time from a psychotic schedule I dug deeper. Motherboard died.
