Help Help with refreshing problems

I'm having a little issue and could use some help! Well you know the advertisements that come before online games? Well when I try to play online games on my touch pad after the advertisement is over it refreshes the page and that cause another advertisement to load, and so on and so forth and I never get to the game because of this. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
