I have followed the steps and direction to the best of my ability. I downloaded everything but I get getting stuck on step 5 on the HTCDev page. I found my the SDK Manager but when I click it it says:
Failed to execute tools\android.bat:,error 2
The system cannot find the file specified.
C:\Documents and Settings\l014863\My Documents\Downloads\adt-bundle-windows-x86\adt-bundle-windows-x86\sdk\tools\lib is where I had to go to get to my SDK Manager.
I have a Evo Design 4g on boost running 4.0.3 and Im using my computer at working running XP.
