The Rom works fine untill i go back to the backup of my nandroid and restore my data then all i get is a 20 reboots? Any help would be appreciated. Before i restore my data i get no reboots and dont have to slow down the cpu.

I would definitely suggest wiping cache/dalvik and fixing permissions.

How are you restoring your data? CWM? TiB?
I'm pretty sure this issue was discussed at some length in the rom thread. So I'd start reading backward from newest to oldest.

I did read the thread and did what the tutorial said I'm using clockwork mod recovery

No error I'm thinking the ROM just reboots maybe it's too much data? Or doesn't like one of the programs like titanium back up? I have it working but had to start over syncing all accounts and reinstalling my paid apps and such

Unless your /data partition was corrupted (you could boot the phone, and shortly after, or right before, checking the SD cards it would auto-reboot, rinse and repeat until the battery dies - or you couldn't boot into the OS at all), then restoring /data from an earlier date (while still on Sleipnir) should work fine.

Did you try following all of the steps, verbatim, from the following thread?: http://androidforums.com/elite-all-things-root/682090-guide-retaining-data-after-flashing-new-rom.html

Just a suggestion, but you can restore data from inside the rom. I use nandroid manager by Thomas Otero (H3R3T1C) on google play. As soon as your run it, it searches for "clockworkmod" and "twrp" folders. Once it finds the correct recovery folder, you can pick and choose which data you want to restore.
