Help Help with Social tag

Was watching the video about Social Tag Social tag - Samsung GALAXY S3 - Vodafone Tech Team - YouTube and saw the bit about hitting the Facebook tab. When i go in here the Tab is greyed out. How do i go about enabling this?

Have you synced your contacts with Facebook?
Easiest way to check is:

Open Contacts app> Does the relevant contact have the Facebook symbol next to their entry?

If they do, the functionality should work. If it still doesn't, let us know.
If they don't, they aren't linked with a Facebook account. Just go into the contact and into the 'Connections' area in here to link them to a social network contact.

Syncing with facebook adds a lot of entries i dont want. This makes the list messy. I understand now though. Thanks. Again lol

Edit: Just tried again and i can see 2 facebook friends i had saved in contacts and are not linking with Facebook. Checked names were exact same in both IE not using nicknames. Hmmmmmmmmmm

Hi. This is my first post here and I just recently bought my S3 roud:

I recently synced my phonebook contacts from my old phone to Gmail, and then from Gmail to my S3. I, too, am seeing the Facebook tab greyed out.

Just go into the contact and into the 'Connections' area in here to link them to a social network contact.

When I go to the Connections area and tap it, I only see the option "Join another contact."

Please help.
