help with tablet

i just bought a tablet from ebay and all i can find out it is an a13-mid the bad thing is that doesnt come with a play store

See here. Generic Chinese tablets don't come with play store. You get what you pay for.

Root it and push the play store to system/apps

That's the problem. All of these obscure devices are released with little to no support. All tablets aren't made the same, so the method is generally device specific. To avoid bricking the tablet, I would recommend just installing the amazon appstore, which is the 2nd best, and call it a win.
