i just got this tablet and it does not hold a charger for more that about 1/2 hour can anyone tell me if this is normal for this model or if i may have something turned on that is using way to much power? i got it from ebay and that may be the number one reason it is like this. although the person said i could send it back. anyway because i don't have much of my info on it i wonder if just resetting it back to the factory setting will help? also if i plug it into the laptop it says it is charging but it is not charging

i have no idea about that stuff but it may be important. also on this when i put a app on the desktop it goes out to the edges and i can't see them the screen shrinks and it expands so the apps disappear how do i get rid of that?
