I have an Android Mini and it is stuck on the start screen with the notification "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" and "Unfortunately, Touchless control has stopped", which pop up over and over again no matter how many times I press ok. I tried to do a factory reset but the phone won't actually turn off, it only resets.
