Help help with update after root

Hi I hope someone can help me. I rooted my phone using kingroot but now I want to update the software so I unrooted it ( I think ) but now when I try software update it says 'your phone is detected as root so update may fail'. It downloads but then when I click install it goes off and says installing system update only to fail and come up with this message ' installing update...
Warning: No file_contextsVeryfying current system...
"/system/bin/app_process" has unexpected contents.
Update.zip is not correct installation aborted. '
I have no idea what this means or what to do I am using a Vodafone 785 and running Android version 4.2.2 and I have no access to a PC is there any way to fix this using my phone as I don't want root anymore and I want new update plz help!!
