Help help with update

Currently running a custom ROM but not rooted.
Just got a notification to update phone. How do I go about completing the update?
Not worried about losing custom ROM.

I already backed up all my apps and data

Hi, was the notification through Kies or Over The Air, if OTA just download the update, same with Kies, just click on notification and it should lead you to the download. Phil

I did downloaded it but now It puts me on a "take phone to Verizon to service"
