[HELP with virus please]

It appears that I have some kind of virus on my samsung galaxy s6. It blocked my browser and is demanding $300 from a PayPal account. It's weird because nothing else on my phone is blocked besides my internet app. I can still Google and stuff, just no using the browser. How do I fix this? It doesn't appear that I have any corrupted apps. Please help!

Clear cache and data of the Internet browser doing this. It's not a virus, more of a browser hijack. If it's only blocking that one app there's nothing to worry about, but in the future don't install apps from anywhere other than the play store (not saying that you did or do, just a friendly warning). And be careful what you click on when browsing
