I am so sorry to tell you that its no firmware to download . you not the only one that was searching .

I had the tablet and a problem before I even got out of the store . the tablet recovery didn't work . if the recovery Dont work the tablet is pretty much a paper weight , a place to sit your hamster and gerbils to see their reflection.

Bad and good news.
Bad: the reseller don't send the firmware, I must send the tablet for repair.
Good: I have found compatible firmware from Kocaso Firmware model M9300C, now the tablet boot and I can see everithing, but the touch doesn't work and I can't unlock the screen.
How I can check the model of GPU and Touch screen inside my tablet?
