Help help with wall paper off center and screen shots

I took a few pictures with the phone. I tried to set it as my wall paper. But it keeps comingup off center. Do I have to down load something to make the picture fit? Or Mae it easier for me.

And what do I have to download so I can't take a picture of my screen? So I can show you all I can't see what I'm typing half the time. I haven't done anything to the phone I just can't see the words (other then the yellow spell checker)

You should not have to download anything, my A2 centers the image, and if the picture isn't a landscape portrait it'll prompt me to crop it. A picture would be very helpful though. Hope you figure it out.
