How can I put my own wallpapers on my droid X from my computer? I have it connected and all, and just learned how to place my own ringtones, alarms and notifications, but cant figure out how to make a folder to place my own wallpapers into. Thanks in advance for any help

Well, wallpapers don't need to be in a folder, but if you want to keep them organized, here's how you do it (PC only - no idea for Mac).

Connect your phone to the computer so that the SD Card is mounted, same as you did with sounds. On the PC, open "My Computer", open the drive that is your phones SD Card, right click and select "New" then "Folder". Name it whatever you want and drag and drop any wallpapers you want in there. Unmount the phone from the PC, look in your phone's picture gallery or albums, and they should be there in your new folder.

There are several other ways to do this, but I've found this the easiest. Good luck!

I did just that before I came here to ask. But there are no options to add them as a wallpaper and they dont show up in the wallpaper section of settings. Am I doing something wrong? Is the res 960x854, or is that why they dont show up in Wallpapers?

if the images are on your phone then go to your gallery select the image you want then hit more then set as then select wallpaper then your all done
