If somebody can help, I had the parental lock your phone my sister was 5 times wrong code and now I can not unlock the phone. I forgot my email and password. I tried to connect the phone to the computer, my computer just does not recognize the phone. maybe is my fault because I have the original usb? Thanks

Someone has posted this in here a few times before.

To reset it...unplug battery and you can try again....or wait 5 min and you can try to test the pattern again.

If you set a pattern and can't remember it.....then I am afraid it isn't as easy.

I tried many times, but helps remove the battery. continue to search e-mail and password that you do not know .. To help you flash the software?
