I have had this phone for almost a year now and have never had any problems. Last night the phone decided to go black on me. I tried removing the battery and turning it back on multiple times to no avail. The phone is working, I hear the alerts going off but the screen remains black. I have done nothing to the phone and do not know why it is doing that. When I hit the lock button the phone's status light blinks red three times and the "hot keys" at the bottom light up like the phone is on but still the screen is black. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated seeing as I can afford a new phone OR to have this fixed. Thanks!
